On Saturday, October 21, 2006, from 1-4pm, The Accokeek Foundation will honor former U.S. Congressman Gilbert Gude, volunteer and former trustee Louise Webb, and senior staff leader Clara Moran. This year's Leadership Salute will focus on the importance of our volunteers and will recognize outstanding contributions in the areas of the environment, historic preservation, and stewardship of land and history. This event is open to the public and will be held outdoors on the Education Center lawn. Luncheon by Susan Gage Catering and musical entertainment by Steve Wolf and Mac Walter Duo.
