Winter's Eve at the National Colonial Farm
Saturday, December 13, 2008, 5-8 pm, Light Rain or Snow Flurries
Admission is a canned food item for a local food pantry or $2 per person.

Join us for a festive evening of holiday cheer at the National Colonial Farm. Indulge in a cup of delicious hot cider, cookies, and popcorn, stroll the illuminated path to the seasonally decorated 18th century farmhouse and sing carols by the fire.

The evening's entertainment includes performances by local musical groups, and a reading of our own special "A Colonial Christmas Carol." During the intermission of Winter's Eve entertainment, Accokeek resident Vincent Colley will present to the Accokeek Foundation a painting by artist Houston Hancock.

And be sure to take advantage of the opportunity to pick up some unique holiday presents in the Museum Gift Shop.
