Have you ever seen such a beautiful braid of cheese before? So beautiful you almost don’t want to eat it. Almost.
Last weekend, a dozen participants attended a cheese-making workshop–one of many workshops and classes on sustainable living and stewardship practices offered by the Foundation. Using fresh milk from Hard Bargain Farm, each participant made a variety of cheeses including a farmer’s cheese using fresh herbs and spices and fresh mozzarella.
